Cancellation Policy
Honey salon has a 48hr cancellation fee of $50 on all services. If a cancellation occurs within 24hrs a charge up to the full price of the booked service may be applied. No Show clients will be charged in full. By booking an appointment you have agreed to these terms.
We appreciate that our clients are willing to wait months to get into see our advanced curl specialists and we do our best to accommodate everyone. We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients and avoid any cancellation fees.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Hair must be washed and detangled and in its natural curly state within the last 48 hrs.
Please do not pull hair up in anyway since your last wash.
Hair should be fully dry. A regular/small amount of products is ok, but no heavy butters or oils.
An additional $20 may be added to your service if hair is tied, clipped or put up in
anyway or has an excessive amount of tangles.

You will receive a curl-specific customized haircut and wash and style. Along with your style, you will also receive personalized coaching on products and home care.

*This service is for RETURNING clients only*
You will receive a curl-specific customized haircut with NO wash and style. This service is ideal for those who are wanting to maintain an existing style and shape previously created by your stylist. Client must arrive with hair styled and down to ensure best results.
